Re: On Call

Our on call goes tues- tues. we get a flat rate every day we are on call. Something in the $30 per day range, I don't recall exactly. But we get 75 for holidays. Then we get overtime whenever we get called out and a 2 hour minimum for the first call out each day. But we also run 24 hour coverage during the week so as long as no one is on vacation, you only really run the risk of getting called on weekends or if it really hits the fan.
