They are new but cant see Bechtel hiring someone to get the job done as a prime if they didnt do their homwork on them.  I do know they exposed how Bear is as Ironisdes doubled the  dirt rate to 12.00 a foot and  Bear went to 13 a foot . They do pay 14 days for teh first 30 days and are wroking on a quick pay plan that is cheap. Let see what ahppens in the other  Google areas now that it has been exposed how much these prime are getting and how much they are keeping for themselves . I would much rather give the new guy a chance that raised teh rates then Bear.
