I was a VP in the Northeast and would send out all the techs that could get to work. Construction guys would plow and clear snow, pick up CSR's and any close-by employee that wanted to work, then go out to help techs and installers rehang drops and repair damaged plant. I would go out to help when I could. From what I read on here, those days are done.
