DirecTV will not get involved in subcontractor issues. I know nothing of this guy. But I suggest you ask for personal information about anyone you meet...company & bank info. Speak to their best employee. Find out how long they have been in business. Do not kiss ass and say thank you. Convince yourself they will pay for good work.
