Depends on the size of your crew, usually they would get 40%, you take 20% for profit, 20% for your equipment and 20% for overhead management
If a 2 man crew..pay each 20%...If you have one that is in charge of your crew- give him an extra 5%-of course taking it out of the other guys pocket. What you should do is set aside a % for a bonus. X amount for the week...you get a bonus. I gotta tell you if you ain't getting with hourly pay...get yourself a new crew because units pay ain't going to help you.
