ADSS hardware

Hung up on an ADSS project. Someone swiped the pre-forms to hang the last 10 spans. The spans require dog bones on each. I have the dog bones, but need the pre-forms. it is the ones with the blue stripes. I have been told of a company somewhere in Tennessee that I can aquire most telecom gear. But, no one has yet been able to provide me their name or a number to reach them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
