Concern...yes,
They are using your funds to operate. If they get a delay in cash flow you also get a delay.
At a minimum I would want a weekley reconcile of all work. Any do over, back charge, incorrect paperwork or check miscalculation needs to be very timely. The work of each week needs to be agreed upon soon, promptly...to reflect each day report.
