Just got back from CO but have no answere other than the stste is making lots of money by taxing the stuff.
The question you suggest = IF someone tests positive for pot are they therefore still under the influence (impared) by the pot?
Airlines have a 24 hour bottle to throttle rule......stop drinking a day before you paln to fly as a pilot.
I have not seen anytjhing about duration of effect for pot.
Maybe someone else has this.
