Re: Pay per Point System

From what I was told. Mind you its been sent around. That when they moved to pay by point they changed the points per job. Comcast used to issue 90 or so points per tech. The calculation was so many an hour. As contractors were issued far more. And they were expected to keep time frames. I know this cause I have left office with as many as 300-400 points according to the workorders. Does anyone actually have an example of the points? I need a good laugh.
