If they want power zone cert. it is above the neutral through the back of transformers to close to open secondary's. Jigging not a problem just in attachment to the elevation they expect it. Below the power space it used to be the best money maker it went up fast did 18000' in 3 days under tension loops in and if it was in communications space it would have been 10 days. Heavy trees drops cars traffic Hartford Conneticut when you get in the power space there are no trees. This was about 12 years ago and they paid us for 2 extra days you will be hard pressed to find that any more, hell you will be lucky if you even get paid.
