Two five year old boys, Bob and Tom, both awaiting surgery, finally get some time without the nurses being around them.
Bob asks Tom, hey what are you in here for, and Tom says I think it's called toncil something... and Bob says you mean Tonsillectomy, and Tom says yeah - no anything about it and Bob says heck yeah, hurts a little but you get all the ice cream you can eat for days..
Tom asks Bob, so what are you in here for, and he says something called Circum something, and Tom says you mean Circumcision, and Bob says yes, know anything about it.
Tom says good luck with that one dude, I had it done when I was born and did not walk for nine months....
