Sounds like you are talking about the HSP, which is basically like working in house for DTV o/o. They provide all supplies, fuel, etc.
An install should hardly ever take 1 hour per room and 1 hour on the outside. If i don't have to pull any lines, I could do a 4 room install, activate, cust ed and walk out the door in 1.5 to 2 hours tops usually. The activation is usually pretty fast, its automated, usually takes about 10 minutes to activate everything and let it download. I would ask about custom money, if you can charge for wall drops etc, and do you get to keep it.
