Back in 1975 I was a construction supervisor for Jerrold Electronics, they decided they needed to set up a subsidary company for the construction needs and just use Jerrold name to sell electronic equipment.  The company they established was QC Construction, I know this is not the company your looking for...just wanted to drop some old news to you..  Be Safe
