Leakage Help

Hi all I am trying to find info on why our leaks are not populating properly in our LAW server. Our tagger is correct and on. Some of our guys have 5000 plus records but no leaks. We are using Trilithic seekers and MCA1 AND 2. We push it out on 139.25 mhz any help would be appreciated. Thanks
