I can schedule my own jobs as well, as well as set days I do/don't want to do installs, timeframes etc...and I pass on the mileage 100% to any tech that does it. The tech is the one driving to the install, why would I then keep the mileage for me?
Also, in my area, if the job doesn't go in due to signal, if I take readings, I get paid for the full install.
