Yea, Stacey .. send me a PM and then does not have your PM turned on to hear my response, well STACEY I will put it to you like it is, when it was all said and done, every thing was paid by CWSI.. and you know that ... What was not paid is the $12,700.00 retainage that you held out of our first check with Duck Cross, you do not hold retainage on hourly storm damage, and what else that was not paid was my last check in Tazewell Tennessee, $3000.00 plus, I do remember you forging a certificate of insurance, and trying to act like I was a contractor "when I worked inhouse for you" at least the state of Tennessee "ruled that we ws employees" not contractors, you have wronged a lot of people, just look at all the people that post stuff about you on here, you WILL have to answer to some of these guys at some point, I would not want to be in your shoes, when that time comes
