You can't blame the entire Comcast Group for local or regional mis management. Like saying all Chev Trucks are bad when.. you just have a problem with one.
Suck it up...move on to better things in life...don't let one incident bring you down. If you have any length of service to this industry, then you should be use to it. A bad Local manager will eventually bring down the whole company image, as you have said.
By the way...Chev Trucks Suck....Drive at Ford !!
