The government of France just released $27 Billion (US$) to build out a nationwide fiber project, Pack your bags, pick up a France for Dummy Tramp guide book, get on your way to some real wages. The American Lineman/crew has more experience with fiber than any other country and they will pay you for such experience. Just be Safe...their electrical system sucks!!
