Go to FL Sunbiz.com to start the process. You can set up your new company online. Once you purchase liability ins. go to your county govt. office and register to be workers comp exempt. As a sole proprietor or LLC you can exempt yourself and not buy workers comp. Save every receipt or keep a log of everything you do. Keep track of when you are on the road so you can claim per-diem for each day on the road.
