Actually only a little. The term rip-off is a druggie term for run with the money instead of providing the product. " Cap his ass" likewise does not refer to hats. So after an unsussessful transaction with a little ripoff and having been capped who ya gonna call?

This does not suggest some HSP subcontractors do not need a little of either.
