I can not speak for Mike, and I think he may not be there anymore, but far as Hewitt You will NOT find a better company to sub for in this industry period. The pay lighting fast, like clock work, no bullshit excuses, they care about there subs as if they do need them. Once your in they will share the DOT work, gas work, telco, catv, etc to keep there subs busy........Sometimes prices are a little cheaper but other than that the best in the business
