Lawsuit is just that, a lawsuit, I can sue you for inflamtory remarks if I wanted to, does not mean its illegal, just means I can file a lawsuit....
Guess that proves your not a lawyer, so only leaves one option...
BTW, in America, you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
