Bounce Check, knowingly
Fraud
Theft of Services
Conspiracy to defraud or theft
Someplaces you get choices. My experience; the thing that works is do make an attempt to collect funds. Then have a warrent for arrest sworn. At some point your man will have a choicd: pay before trial or face the judge.
He can't pay you in jail...one guy explained that. But he can sell his house and cars to pay debts to avoid jail.
