Because it is criminally insulting what most compaines pay today.
Plus you get police officers that wanna mess with people and make things a bigger
deal than what they are most of the time.
Can't expect people to have a perfect record and pay peanuts. It does not work.
The people who have clean backgrounds are still working. Since almost everyone
requires it.
