I wouldn't work for these rates... But to answer your question why someone would and I would under these conditions. You have good contracts and theyre not keeping you busy. So you take a DTV job here or there to help with bills, or money for birthdays or some sort of gifts. It wouldn't be an everyday thing.
The one's doing it everyday would be better off employees. But then again I thought everyone in illinois was an employee? Didn't they say if you wernt working multiple contractors and one contractor was obviously the one contributing to your work load and without them you couldn't make it you were concidered an employee? I think back in 2007.
