it will overall depend on where u travel most but dtv has a better chance in most area due to greater elevation. Also depending on distance u can still get your reg locals as you travel.
The equipment seems to be a little more bulletproof,no resetting and such crap. Second part will depend on content and what you want to watch. Dish has killed a lot of channels in the lower packages. Good luck
