That thing is a joke. It's a cheapie broadcast TV antenna made to look like a satellite dish and nothing more. Radio (tv) frequencies can't be collected with a dish like microwave (satellite).
The radio waves used by TV VHS channel 3/4 is about 15 feet long. Microwave is just fractions of an inch. Completely different animals. Radio waves pass right through that "dish".
