the name says it all.  I worked for Steve Kidd and Bill Mc Connel.  Best people I have ever worked, bar none. We had 10 bucket trucks although may not have all up there all the time.  We were in Johnson City, Morristown,Bristol and all the areas in Tn.  Maggie Valley N.C that was for Steve and Bill.  Boone I worked for CCI. And Brevard N.C. was for Sylvan Valley Catv.  Thats just a few places
