Any aerial construction in Delaware?

Owner of a one-crew aerial construction company with 20 years of experience, currently living in Michigan and things are slow. Would like to move to the Wilmington Delaware area and continue to run strand, cable, fiber with my own truck and tools, or would even consider selling all and becoming aerial supervisor. Looking for long-term work within a 2 hour radius of Wilmington. Have been off work for 5 weeks and looking to get back into doing what I do best - aerial construction.
