"It's  A' Great Question"! Just not sure this industry is strong enough or smart enough to take a stand and let em squander... Of course they will continue to believe that (you) the sub can be replaced, remember theres always someone behind willing and wanting to take your place, beacause your great income, WRONG... Not in this day and age we have arrived at, anyone that says otherwise is selling you a song! When it begins to cost you between gas/diesel a $100.00 or more a day, this becomes a problem.. Not to factor in the mileage or the maintenance and wear n tear on equipment pending what you are invloved in.  Last year the exscuse on increases were, "You should be happy you still have a contract, many people are hungry in the economy we are currently in and would be happy to take the work"... Go figure and here we are a year later, open your eyes fuel will continue to rise...
