Your best option is to sue for joint (shared) custody where you have the children more than 15 days per calendar month.  Otherwise, buy yourself a flatbed of 55 gallon drums of Vaseline and duct tape your wrists to your ankles unil they turn 18 or graduate college.  Child Support Services is a federally funded department that receives a dollar for dollar match for every dollar that passes through each and every states' department of revenue. 
CSS doesn't care about what is right and fair, bu what they bleed out of each paying noncustodian party.  Their budget depends on bleeding you homeless and destitute.
