 Normally I work out of a Union hall performing telecomm I & R,I like the money and benefits.Right now no work I work nonunion telecomm and catv.I took the ATT assessment test and failed it, no telephony or catv questions.I took the Verizon test same test plus a personality test and was told that I passed the intelligence questions but failed the personality questions.I emailed the hr dept of verizon and was told that I could not have a reason why.Big companies get away with this,thats why unions go after grievences when companies try to change and make stupid rules.
