its across the board, Telephone, Satellite, and Cable..each have their fair share of hacks, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Telephone= noise gone from DT after rain without new UG......................Satellite = .CATV drop cut from pole and run from CATV ground block to SAT dish nailed to roof...........................CATV = plant nailed to trees with second ground rod near TV. ...................Customers are free to change service and expect all previous defects tp be fixed........................MY fav was the "self install" with the Phase III...........four orange rg6 running from the ODU on the roof to four windows. The cx couldn't close the windows to make her alarm system work so she requested a SC. The part time CATV guy got two hundred for what he did & the HSP offered thirty to fix it.................because as we all know......one hand washes the other!Joe
