Texas Rogers RR Techs - SMC Login?

Hi guys, It's been a long time since Ive been here and can't remember old userid. Anyways, im looking for techs from Texas in the Rogers/RoadRunner systems. I have a client using an SMC device that I need to log into and configure some port forwarding or at least confirm settings so we can remote into his local network from the outside. I've got his Linksys configured with proper port forwarding, but can't get in from the outside as if the modem/router is blocking. So i want to get into the SMC, but I can't find login info and he said theres no sticker on the device.

Anyone help me out?
