Re: turn it down


I could mention several disgusting stories of installs that I was scheduled to do in Detroit, but don't think I can stomach writing about them right now.
Anyway, I would never hesitate telling a customer that I am rescheduling the install and that they need to clean up before the next appointment.  I would tell them if I am dispatched to the same address again and it is this nasty then the order would then be cancelled.
