I wouldnt hope to hard on the union thing. In my opinion AT&T has the CWA in there pocket I wasted 7 years of pay and got nothing but a doughnut and a beer from them and when layoff time came they let REGULAR people go instead of all there term employees and the CWA said nothing.
If you think Premise techs becoming union is a good thing for them as far as job security goes your wrong the first service tech or OPT that wants your job during layoffs your bumped. Maybe the CWA is strong elsewhere but down south it sucks.
