Exp. Splicer starving in KY

I have two and a half years exp. as a splicer, and another three years exp. as a lineman before that. I'm not a hack and I don't need a babysitter. If at all possible, I would like to stay in the Louisville KY area but will travel to S. Indiana or S. Ohio or anywhere in the eastern half of KY.
