FYI, Looking at this from the Positive side! There is a HUGE difference in "Owning a Team" and "Slaving a Team".
A Master Sgt Owns His Team in the field because "The Team Respects Him & follows his Orders".
There are WAY TOO MANY Managers, Leads in the field now that are not willing to "Get down & dirty" WITH the TEAM!
I agree that there are WAY too many companies RELYING on certain members of management that are whipping the team.
This mentality really hurts the Industry as a whole.
