You can "Go to School" and learn the "Book" aspects of being a technician.
But the best way to learn to be a technician is to work your way up the ladder into a
technician's spot. BBTI, BBTII, BBTlll, etc (Certifications up thru engineering) NCTI is a great
Certification School for this.
