Yes, it is disrespectful. Yes, that would make it blasphemous. I also think if one says they have made a profession of faith, and then their life doesn't change one bit, they continue to live as they did before making that profession, they need to examine whether the salvation they claim is real in their life. The Bible says you are a new creature, old things pass away and all things are new, so how could one not have a desire to follow God's will in their life, which includes His word on how we are to live? My life COMPLETELY changed when I made a TRUE profession and commited my life to Christ, and not until then did it change.
