there is an easy way around that. Does not say they can't back charge, They just can't just work for you. Find the people who have multiple contract and there is no problem. Don't dictate their schedule, let them do that.
Are most techs unable to schedule their own routes? I mean I have customers and I schedule them within a due date. They don't have to be done today, but sometime this month. Unless they pay extra then its within the week. I mean that is all anyone would have to do to get around the DOL. Becides a contractor CAN refuse work, normally the people you do work for don't like that option, but they will get over it.
