Krell I hit one today that 7 techs have been too in the last 3 weeks, modem kept dropping off. I get there hit the house box and find noise on the drop and low signal. Go to the tap, no tags, no grommets check the tap and again find noise, cut of an illegal off noise disappeared at tap. Replaced the drop signal came back up and modem was back online. Point is we've been seeing q job for the last 2 weeks and these 7 techs were all in house, so does it make any difference on how many you can see? A hack will do hack work no matter what, those of us who care about our subs will do it right no matter how many jobs we have. I know I have given up good paying jobs because I was hung up on a trouble call.
