Laughs, If a contractor is caught not bonding an install he is given 48 hrs to correct and provide photo's of correction, if after 48 hrs. it is not corrected I will go back and correct it for him, provide him a photo of job and deduct a determined amount for that job,,,, Yes Newbie, backcharges are permitted.
