i have charged 1000$ to wire a 4 bed room house with phone and coax and speaker wiring, 5 tv 6 phone and 7speaker, and trim out the tv and phone after walls were skinned. to come back and add the speakers if the homeowner wanted them was on the new home owner to pay me.
