It's going to be close to the going rate on a wall fish.  You have to look at your cost of wire to length pulled.  Try getting in with the electricians on that.  There usually the ones that are going to be in charge of that.  That's who I always had to deal with when doing pre-wires.  The GC usually gives the low voltage work to them.
