First Hand. Come in at 5:30am print and route by 7am. 7-9am CYA company policies,timesheets,safety,vehicle issues ect.9am-6pm wide open running all day putting out fires and answering 200 text messages wanting to know why something happened at an install by an installer who you can't fire because they need the warm body. From 6pm til whenever, your cleaning up installs that customers just noticed 2 tvs, one laptop and 3 phones quit working and want it fixed now!. Get home, if lucky 9-10pm, wonder why your working 80plus hours, cool your jets and get ready to get the ball rolling again tomorrow. If your lucky and there is not much of that with this group, you won't have to work Sunday after working Monday-Saturday.
