American Splicing NO GOOD

Can someone help me?? has anyone ever recieved anything from Vince Barbagallo at American splicing? I purchased a fujikura fusion splicer from him. My machine was not ready and I was shipped a " loaner ". That unit stopped working 4 weeks after having it. Not only is American splicing supposed to send you a loaner while they fix it but have the best warranty in the buisness. Well 100 phone calls, and 100 emails later I have never heard back. it has been almost 2 weeks and nothing. I think i was SCAMMED.
