And what they do is load that tech up with work and use you as a grunt for minimum wage and you'll be out crawling through crap 12-14 hrs a day 6 days a week and get a 40 hr check. The installer end of this biz will be done within a few years so I would get a job that pays the bills and go to a trade school and become certified in a field that will always be in demand.
