that rumor about the trade has been circulating for a while now. they were originally in talks with TWC to trade one of the Cali systems for the Spring , Texas area (where i curremtly work for them) but it fell through when they traded Comcast the Callas area for Houston. and yes Cobridge has been snatchin up and flippin the systems they get off them, too.
