Don't bother asking that question around here because you'll get all kinds of stupid answers like they are checking the market to see who's available. The fact of the matter is if you see a job posting advertised on here, then more than likely there is something the matter with the job such as very low pay. Good jobs are not advertised, unless it's a subcontractor who is already on the job and is trying to bring in people under him whom he can make money off of.
